All rooms at Blue Osa have their own attached private bathroom with shower, toilet, towels, and toiletries including soap and shampoo. While rooms are shared, bathroom facilities are not shared between different rooms, offering privacy and convenience.

Co-owners of Energy Medicine Yoga and your retreat leaders
Lauren Walker is the author of The Energy to Heal (Llewellyn, 2022), Energy Medicine Yoga: Amplify the Healing Power of Your Yoga Practice (Sounds True, 2014) and The Energy Medicine Yoga Prescription (Sounds True, 2017). All three books won the Nautilus Silver award for best Mind/Body publication. She’s been teaching yoga and meditation since 1997 and created Energy Medicine Yoga while teaching at Norwich University. She teaches EMYoga across the US and internationally and has been featured many times in Yoga Journal, Yoga Digest, and published a feature article about her yoga work in The New York Times. In 2016 she was named one of the top 100 most influential yoga teachers in America. She is also the co-host of the podcast: Energy Works.
An EMYoga Master Teacher, Blaine has trained extensively with founder Lauren Walker since 2018, becoming the practice's most experienced student. Before pursuing holistic wellness, she spent twenty years in Western healthcare, studying energy with Eden Method and completing advanced yoga training in Rishikesh, India. A former yoga studio owner in Boulder, CO, Blaine has created numerous successful programs, led teacher trainings, and hosted retreats both independently and alongside Lauren Walker. Her practical teaching style and infectious energy have made her a trusted leader in the EMYoga community. She is also the co-host of the Energy Works podcast, where her welcoming presence, deep knowledge, and joyful approach ensure an uplifting experience for energy enthusiasts of all levels.

The Osa Peninsula is known as one of the most biologically diverse places on Earth, hosting over 50% of Costa Rica's animal and plant species. Morning bird songs and evening frog choruses create a natural soundtrack for your practice.
The open-air yoga studio overlooks both jungle and ocean, creating an inspiring space for our daily practices. You can enjoy the chlorine-free lap pool, schedule a treatment at the full-service spa, or simply relax on the nearly private beach.
Three fresh meals are prepared daily using ingredients sourced from Blue Osa's organic farm or local suppliers. Meals cater to various dietary needs while showcasing the vibrant flavors of Costa Rican cuisine.

Your retreat fee includes all accommodations, meals, daily yoga sessions, and amenities listed above.
Securing your spot is simple and straightforward:
Click the "REGISTER NOW" button below to pay your $1,000 non-refundable deposit. You can review all room options, photos, and pricing details on our Room Selection Form before making your deposit.
Complete the Room Selection Form (also linked below) immediately after making your deposit. On this form, you'll indicate your top three room and bed choices, roommate requests (if any) and share your dietary requirements.
Room assignments will be made in the order deposits are received. Registering early gives you the best chance to secure your preferred accommodations.
Once your room is assigned, we'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance, which will vary based on your assigned room.
Your final payment is due by September 6, 2025 (90 days before the retreat).
Cancellation Policy:
Important: Both the deposit payment and room selection form must be completed to secure your registration. Your room assignment will be confirmed via email within 7 days of registration.
